Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

Entrants must answer competition questions correctly to qualify and be entered into the draw to win a prize(s).

The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged based on creativity & originality. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win.

Entry is only open to residents of India only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Only one entry per person permitted.

To enter consumers must visit www.adlabsonline.com or www.adlabsmultiplexes.com and enter the required details.

Promotion commences dt/mth/yr. Entries close 2:30am IST dt/mth/yr. Winners will be notified by mail or email. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.

Entrants are over 18 years old. If Entrants are under 18 years old they have received permission from a parent/guardian to enter this competition.

Entrants must register as a member of the Adlabs Online Club by following the relevant links.

In each case, entrants must then read and accept these conditions of entry, indicate their acceptance by clicking on the "Agree and Enter" button and complete the official registration form on the Adlabs Multiplexes site with all requested details and then click on the "Submit" button.

Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Adlabs Multiplexes. Entries received by Adlabs Multiplexes will not be used for any marketing purpose without the express consent of the relevant entrants. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winners.

There is a limit of one entry per entrant. Adlabs Multiplexes Cinemas reserves the right disqualify any entrant that fails to comply with this restriction.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Any vouchers or Adlabs Multiplexes tickets cannot be sold without the prior written consent of Adlabs Films Ltd.

Any costs associated with accessing the Adlabs Multiplexes website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

All contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
