What is Adlabs MBO? |
| |

Mobile Box Office ( MBO) is a service that enables ticketing on the move from your mobile phone for Adlabs cinemas. Adlabs mobile box office is a downloadable mobile client application that lets you view movie listings at adlabs cinemas, choose seats and book your tickets. You can either pay over the phone using your credit card or later at the cinema when you collect your tickets. |

MBO is safe and secure and has similar levels of security as in your PC browser. All sensitive data is encrypted using SSL and PKI security standards. |

How do I download adlabs mbo onto my phone?
- Customers who have subscribed to GPRS/WAP service, can initiate download by sending MBO via SMS to 53030,

- Customer will receive a Service/WAP push message, upon clicking the message the download process would initiate via the Mobile Phone browser
- The system will detect the mobile phone model and its compatibility and display a brief terms and conditions page.

- -If the customer clicks on the agreement link, the system will distribute the application and handover control to the Mobile Phone Application Manager, which manage the whole, download process.
- If the system cannot determine the compatibility it will ask the users to select their phone model first after which it will proceed to the agreement page.

How do I start using adlabs mbo once I've installed it onto my phone?
To begin using adlabs mbo , go the applications folder of your mobile phone and click on the application named MBO. Some phones may have the MBO shortcut on their menu itself.
User Functions
- Click on the Ad labs Application. The Ad labs splash Screen will appear for a while.

- Next the Adlabs main Menu will appear, the Adlabs Buy Ticket Option would be selected by default.

- Next from the search Screen select either of the options. If By cinema option is selected.
- Next you will have to select a city from the City List.

- If you click on Options you will get the following Screen and you can choose to go Back and Change your selection.

- If you select next from the Select City Screen you will get the Select Cinema Screen, from this screen you can select the particular theatre/ cinema in the selected city where you want to watch the movie

- Now you can select the Movie you want to watch at the theatre of your choice.

- Select next and now from the list select the Date on which you want to watch the selected Movie.
- Select next and now from the list select show timings at which you want to watch the selected Movie.

- Now select the Seating Class in which you want to watch the chosen movie.

- Now select the number of seats you want to book.

- Now you will get the confirmation seat, if you select Confirm, you will get the Payment screen, in case you want to change the seating plan you can do that by selecting” Change Seat Plan.”.

- The Change Seat Screen will look as follows: Please use the UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT navigation keys or press 2, 8, 4, 6 respectively to navigate to your preferred seats and press the center key to select or unselect your choice of seat.

- Once you have confirmed you will get the payments screen, from which you can select the payments options.

- Once you select Pay now, you will get the credit card screen, on filling up details and Click on Pay. The amount would be deducted from your credit card.

- In Case you select the Pay Later Option you will get the following Screen, you click on next and You are taken to the Booking history Screen.:

- In case your payment transaction is not successful. You will just get a SMS about the payment status in either case of successful or unsuccessful payment

When I access the application, I get a prompt asking me to choose network or connect to network?
Allow the application to access network and if prompted again with an access point, please select the internet/GPRS access point of your telecom service provider.
I'm trying to download MBO, but my phone says it's coming from an "unverified" or "untrusted" source. What does this mean?
If you see an "unverified" or "untrusted source" message when downloading an application to your phone, it means that your phone cannot figure out who you're trying to download it from. The application will work as normal even if your phone can't determine its source. |

The MBO has been upgraded to a newer version. Clicking on the Update Now will upgrade the application. You can press the Upgrade Later button if you want to continue. |

To avoid re-entry of your personal details while booking tickets, the application stores those on your phone after you enter them for the first time. The sensitive details like Credit Card CVV and Expiry Date would have to be keyed in every time, as this information is NOT stored on your phone. |
