An Adlabs Easy Ticket is a unique technology led application that allows you to enjoy a completely cashless experience at Adlabs cinemas. You can use the Adlabs Easy Ticket to purchase tickets and food & beverages.

Buying Adlabs Easy Ticket at the Box Office

• Buy an Adlabs Easy Ticket scratch card for the denomination of your choice.
• Scratch the silver panel to reveal a 7 digit code
• SMS - ACTIVATE <7 digit code> to 53030
• You will receive an Activation SMS from 53030 on your mobile number indicating the Adlabs Easy Ticket amount and validity period.

Adlabs Easy Ticket is available in denominations of Rs.200, Rs.500 and Rs.1000

Your Adlabs Easy Ticket can be used at all Adlabs cinemas (except Fame Adlabs). You can use it to purchase tickets and foods & beverages.

Usage at Box Office/Concessions:

• Type EPIN to 53030 to get an EPIN number. (EPIN is a unique transaction id that needs to be generated every time you want to use your balance on the Adlabs Easy Ticket)
• Quote your EPIN and mobile number for ticket/concessions purchase to the associate.
• Collect your tickets/refreshments and enjoy the show.
• You will also receive a SMS confirming balance amount and validity.

• Type EPIN to 53030 to get an EPIN number. (EPIN is a unique transaction id that needs to be generated every time you want to use your balance on the Adlabs Easy Ticket)
• Logon to our website www.adlabscinemas.com and go through the normal booking process.
• To make the payment, you will be given an option “Pay by Adlabs Easy Ticket”.
• Select this option & enter your mobile number & EPIN.
• Once the payment is approved, a booking confirmation is shown on the webpage.
• Along with an email, you will also receive a booking confirmation SMS stating your show details, booking id and balance amount.
• Now all you have to do is quote your mobile number and booking id at the box office and collect your tickets.

• Type EPIN to 53030 to get an EPIN number. (EPIN is a unique transaction id that needs to be generated every time you want to use your balance on the Adlabs Easy Ticket)
• Call our IVR number Std. Code+39894040 from your mobile and go through the normal booking process.
• Select “Pay by Adlabs Easy Ticket” option on the IVR.
• Enter the EPIN to make the payment.
• Once the payment is approved, you will receive a booking confirmation SMS stating your show details, booking id and balance amount.
• Now all you have to do is quote your mobile number and booking id at the box office and collect your tickets.

EPIN is a unique transaction id that needs to be generated every time you want to use your Adlabs Easy Ticket balance. To receive this id, send EPIN to 53030. In response, you will receive a 7 digit code via sms. You can now use this code to book tickets via Box Office, website or IVR or to purchase refreshments at the concession counter.

Once the EPIN is used for a purchase, it expires & cannot be reused.

The EPIN is valid till 12:15 am of the day you have generated the pin. It cannot be used the next day.

If the balance on your Adlabs Easy Ticket is less than the amount of your purchase, you can make your payments in the following ways:

• At the box office, you can pay the difference in the amount either by cash or by credit card.
• At the concession counters you can pay the difference in the amount by cash only.
• On the Internet & IVR, no part payments can be made. Hence you will have to make the entire payment by credit card only.
  
  You can top up your Adlabs Easy Ticket through our recharge card :

• Recharge Card – You can purchase a scratch card from the box office. Scratch the silver panel to reveal a 7 digit card number. SMS RECHARGE followed by the 7 digit number to 53030.

No, there is no limit to the number of times you can top up your AET. Every time you top up, your validity period will also increase accordingly.

You can top up your Adlabs Easy Ticket for any of the available denominations i.e. Rs.200, Rs.500 or Rs.1000 as required. This top up value is independent of the original value of Adlabs Easy Ticket that you have purchased.

Any remaining balance will expire & will not be redeemed after the expiry date of your Adlabs Easy Ticket.

No, there are no additional charges on your Adlabs Easy Ticket.

Yes, you can gift the Adlabs Easy Ticket to another person via the scratch card:

Gifting via Scratch card at the Box Office

• Purchase an Adlabs Easy Ticket card from the box office. The same is available in denominations of 200, 500 and 1000.
• Scratch the card to avail of a 7 digit unique code.
• To gift: Send an SMS - GIFT <7 digit card number> <recipient’s mobile number> to 53030.
• Note that the mobile number mentioned above is of the person who would be receiving the gift.
• You will receive a sms indicating that the person has received the Adlabs Easy Ticket as a gift.
• The person whose mobile number you have entered will receive a sms saying that he has been gifted an Adlabs Easy Ticket by you.
• Note1: The entire amount of the Adlabs Easy Ticket will be gifted to the person whose mobile number you have entered.

Yes, you can gift a part of Adlabs Easy Ticket to another person. You can do this via your mobile.
Send SMS TRANSFER <amount to be gifted> <recipient’s mobile number>E.g.) TRANSFER 500 9800000000

Both will get a confirmation sms.

If you lose your mobile phone you can temporarily suspend your Adlabs Easy Ticket by de-activating your mobile number with your service provider. Once you receive a new SIM card of the same number the Adlabs Easy Ticket will be automatically activated as long as the Adlabs Easy Ticket is within its validity period.

If you feel that your Adlabs Easy Ticket is being misused, you can temporarily block your Adlabs Easy Ticket by sending BLOCK as a sms to 53030.
You can later unblock your Adlabs Easy Ticket by sending UNBLOCK to 53030.
